COVID-19 Coronavirus Update
Dear Michael’s AM Customers,
Thank you for your continued support of our wonderful little restaurant. I know the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is on everyone’s mind, so I want to take a few minutes to tell you what we are doing to protect your health when you come to the restaurant.
We have always had a reputation for cleanliness and sanitation. We have now redoubled our efforts to make certain that we provide you with a safe place to eat. All employees wash their hands and use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the day. All tabletops and flat surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each customer has finished their meal and before the next customer is seated.
Public health requires that all dish-washing water be at 140 degrees. Our dish-water is set at 175 degrees and contains a sanitizer and bleach. Our menus are wiped down with sanitizer repeatedly. We also sanitize all surfaces that are touched throughout the day, including door handles, door surfaces, and restrooms.
We will be setting up a hand sanitizer station in the lobby to allow customers to clean their hands before entering the restaurant. In addition, there is hand sanitizer at the register for your use whenever you feel the need to clean your hands.
